Consume 5-8 basil leaves every morning, basil is known for its medical properties.
Add 2 spoon of apple cider vinegar in a cup of luke warm water. Drink this 3-4 times a day to get rid of congestion.
Drink herbal teas such as mint tea, chamomile tea and ginger tea.
Put 2-3 drops of mustard oil into your nostrils. It will open up your clogged nose.
Add 1 teaspoon turmeric powder and 1 teaspoon salt in a cup of hot water. Gargle with this water before going to bed.
Add 4-7 drops of eucalyptus oil to boiling water and then, inhale the steam through the nose. It helps in decreasing nasal congestion.
Boil few cloves of garlic in water and inhale the steam. Garlic steam will help in quick recovery.
Consume 4-5 black pepper with honey to improve congestion.
Let 1 spoon fenugreek (meethi) soak in a cup of water over night. Heat the water and drink it twice. Fenugreek water might help in clearing out your nasal passage.
