Pancakes are my favorite breakfast, they are easy to make and delicious. I always experiment with the recipes and try to create easy ones. Spring onions are not my favorite but since they are good for health I wanted to add them in my diet. I decided to make pancakes with them and the result is pretty good. Ingredients
2 cup chopped spring onions
4 cup rice
2 teaspoon black pepper powder
2 tablespoon chopped green chili
1 cup chopped onions
1/2 cup boiled green peas
Salt as per taste
Directions
- Soak rice in water overnight and grind in mister to get a smooth paste.
- Add spring onions, onions, green chili, peas, black pepper powder and salt in the paste.
- Spread the prepared mix onto a hot pan, cook evenly from both the sides.
