Onions are a necessity in most Indian households. It is used in stews, gravies, pancakes, sauces and salads. I used to love basic onion salad but as I grew up I started to crave something more spicy with my meals. Pickled onions are my favorite thing to have with my meals. They have a good crunch and perfect spiciness. They can be stored in an airtight container in a fridge for 2-3 days.
