minutesKadha is a healthy beverage, it has a bad reputation because of its bitter flavour, but this kadha recipe won’t disappoint you.
Ingredients
8 pieces of black pepper (kaali mirch)
4 buds of clove (lavang)
1 stick of cinnamon (daalchini)
2 spoon of jaggery (gud)
1 teaspoon fenugreek (methi)
10-12 leaves of basil (tulsi)
1 teaspoon fennel (sauf)
1 teaspoon ground turmeric (haldi)
1 spoon grated ginger (adrak)
Directions
- Add two and a half cups of water to a pan.
- Add all the ingredients and let it boil.
- Simmer it for ten minutes, cover the pan during simmering.
- Strain and pour the prepared kadha into cups.
